To promote our upcoming town day, the Township of River Vale hopes to inspire neighborhood artists to capture the Spirit of River Vale Day. The winner not only gets to be featured in River Vale Day's advertising but also receives rewards, including a $100 prize!
Are you an artist? We want you to represent our community by making a poster for River Vale Day 2025! Any medium is welcome, as long as it is submitted digitally. We can't wait to see all the different styles and imaginings!
Requirements:
· 12x18 Digital submission
o Can be done in any medium at any size, but must be submitted as a PDF file
o Border should extend an 1/8th of an inch for print bleeding
o Portrait orientation
· Must include word art of "River Vale Day 2025"
· No use of AI
· Family friendly
· One submission per artist
· Consists of the artist's interpretation of: The Spirit of River Vale Day
· Under 18 entries must have parental permission
You can win:
· $100 prize
· 20 copies of your poster for friends and family

First Friends is a municipally sponsored playgroup, run by volunteer parents, for children ages 1 - 5. Children, as well as their parents, have the opportunity to meet new families and make new friends. The children participate in songs, crafts and other age appropriate activities as well as many special events throughout the year.
