In cooperation with the FAA, FBI, and Bergen County OEM, we have been asked to share the following reminder regarding restrictions for DRONE USE around any America250 Events.

• America250 events are No Drone Zones.

• Flying drones near these events is illegal and dangerous.

• Violators will be prosecuted and penalties are severe.

• Leave your drone at home.

• There will be severe consequences for reckless, careless, or criminal drone use, including fines upwards of $100,000, criminal charges, incarceration, and the confiscation of your drone.

• See a drone breaking the rules? Report it to 911, on-site law enforcement, or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
