This form will be forwarded to the Department of Public Works.

  • This application applies ONLY to trees within 10 feet of the curb. For the removal of trees on your property (more than 10 feet from the curb) please print this: Tree Removal Application and submit to the Zoning Department.

  • Please mark each tree with a marker for identification (do not spray paint).

  • Applications will be approved or denied after inspection – at this point you will be notified by email as to the results of the inspection.

  • Please note: trees approved for removal by the Department of Public Works then go on a bid list.
