Permit applications can be dropped off and picked up in the vestibule/foyer in front of Town Hall, which is open 24 hours daily, 7 days a week.  Please put checks in the lockbox on the door, also in the vestibule.

  Request River Vale Building Department services online! Submit Building or Zoning Permit Applications, Certificate Registrations, request Building Inspections directly to the Building Department online.
