The River Vale Ravens won the Northeast Bergen All Stars Minor League Baseball Division championship on Saturday, July 31, 2004 by beating a tough Hillsdale Hawks team by a score of 12-1. The River Vale squad, after an excellent 8-2 regular season, swept through the play-offs by beating very good teams from Park Ridge and Closter, ultimately reaching the championship.
