First Friends

is a municipally sponsored playgroup, run by volunteer parents, for children
ages 1 - 5.

The children, as well as their parents, have the opportunity to meet new families and make new friends.  The children participate in songs, crafts and other age appropriate activities as well as many special events throughout the year

Playgroups meet once weekly from September through May.
Children ages 1 - 3 meet for one hour. Children ages 3 - 5 meet for an hour and a half. Groups do not meet on Wednesdays, nor do they meet when the River Vale Public Schools are closed.
